What I have learned on a more esoteric level is that when I am in synch with the universe, random positive things happen without any effort on my part. A fleeting thought - I need to go to the bank to get quarters for the parking meters - resulted in someone who owed me money paying me partly in quarters, saving me a trip to the bank. Not a big deal, that one, but it made me smile and give thanks to the Ones who are watching out for me.

I could go on and on with examples of random positive manifestations, many which are more significant, that have occurred when I have taken time out of my busy day to pause and connect to the Highest Source. I especially love it when I am in an ugly mood and retreat to my sacred space and just open my heart, not asking for anything, not even quarters. Just letting love in and out for no reason except for the sake of love, no expectations. Just to be grateful to be alive on this beautiful planet, grateful for all I have, all I am surrounded by, all my friends and family. And yes, sunsets and Mother Ocean in all her turquoise glory.

Você pediu pra postar ensinamentos da vida... então segue os meus:
1) Minha filha quando pequena me ensinou a seguinte lição: "Mesmo estando na pior: sorria". As fraldas transbordavam e ela continuava sorrindo...

My Lovely Ana, always a joy to read your blog!'..being alive, experience the new and letting go of the old..' is an amazing way to live. It took me a long time to learn to live this way and I'm glad I got the lesson, better late than never. Now, I enjoy the wonders that are brought to me each day. Thank you for being there on my journey and walking me to what I am today! You continue to be an inspiration! x

As always, thanks for sending me your insprining emails. I love the part about "sharing your passion" instead of "selling" it.

Dearest Ana,
You continue to inspire me! What a lovely vacation. There are lessons everywhere and you have the knack for interpreting them for all of us. How delightful to gain insights through joyful living.
Much love,
